Hi everyone,
I am sorry that I didn’t write for a while (for whole 13 days to be exact!) – I took a small vacation, but now I am back to writing. As a reward for your patience I am giving here four high-resolution wallpaper photos. You can download the high quality photos by clicking on the links below each photo.

So here we go:
1. I took this photo on the Gibbons Track in Waitakere Ranges not far from Auckland. It was the place when you get out from the bush towards the beach. I was captivated by the beauty of these flowers growing on the black volcanic sand.

2. You might have already seen this photo in the “photo of the week” section, and now you can download it in a large format for your desktop. This photo was taken at the YHA hostel in Stratford. It was raining all morning, and when it finally stopped I was able to get out and take some nice photos.

3. I was lucky to take this photo while walking the Abel Tasman Great Walk. On one of the beautiful sandy beaches I spotted two shags getting lazy on the beach and drying their wings. I spent about half an hour taking photos of them and slowly getting closer. I guess they got used to me and let me get really close to them and I was able to take some pretty cool closeups like this one.

4. This magnificent photo was taken on a sunny day at Westport Seal Colony, on the South Island of New Zealand. I had the perfect conditions for taking this photo. There was absolutely no haze in the air. The colors were so bright and vivid that it looked like a postcard in reality. I was enjoying this view so much that I almost didn’t go to see the seals
